Trade oriented HPC simulation

DINCCS - MICADO

In order to give firms, especially SME’s, access to HPC simulation, DINCCS, the R&D centre of MICADO, develops the project CALINCA. The use of the implemented tools implies following a methodology based on the modelling of processes and of competencies.

This conference will illustrate two aspects of the use of modeFRONTIER:

  • The design of experiment simulation using HPC : some results of CALINCA project will be presented.
Several industrial cases have soon been experimented and an overall approach has been defined.
The first results show that significant gains can be obtained by using intensive simulation and plans of experiments with very low cost.
  • The definition of simulation processes to implement adapted methodology necessitate some specific competences.
In order to validate them, DINCCS propose an original approach.
We will present the overall canvas of this approach.
